  • 15 macaroons
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste.
  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 glass of white wine

  • 300 g of minced or lean ground beef
  • 200 gr of seasoned provolone
  • 3 tablespoons of breadcrumbs

  • extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 glass of white wine
